Order Confirmation:

You will receive order confirmation in your email immediately upon placing your order. We will log your order into our system and pre-authorize your credit card for the purchase.

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Transit times vary from 5-7 business days.

Order Shipment:

You will receive your tracking info within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse (to the e-mail address you provided when placing your order).  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@directkitchenappliances.com

We currently do not ship internationally outside of the USA.

Delayed orders

Did you parcel not arrive in time? Please allow for up to 2 additional days, remember to also regularly check the status of your package using the tracking code we've sent you.

Should you not receive your order after this extra time, please reach out to us at sales@directkitchenappliances.com and we will immediately look into it.

Damaged orders

In the very rare case that your order has arrived damaged, please take photos or a video of your entire package and its contents. Then, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package, along with your order number - we will make sure to resolve this issue to your utmost satisfaction.
